I work on a monthly retainer fee that varies with coaching options. Fees for custom coaching workshops, retreats and other special requests will be determined after consultation. All private coaching sessions are via telephone unless in-person arrangements are made. Brief "spot coaching" calls and email responses for support in between scheduled sessions are included.

Just as the One-on-One Coaching agenda is determined by the client, the focus for Buddy and Group Coaching is decided by client collaboration to meet the common goals and needs of the group. Buddy and Group Coaching clients are eligible for reduced rate one-on-one sessions as needed.
